Position Overview:

Green City is seeking passionate and motivated landscape architecture students to join our team as Landscape Design/Build Interns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the landscape design/build process while working on diverse residential projects. At times, there might be opportunities for commercial interior landscape work, as well as vertical gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with our construction consultants on a project-based format, depending on the company's project load.

Assist with site analysis, conceptual design, and construction documentation.

Contribute to the design and implementation of landscape elements such as planting plans, hardscape materials, and site furnishings.

Participate in client meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.

Participate in the build efforts.

Balance of design/build activities might flex, with heavier emphasis on build tasks

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

A strong desire to learn and develop skills in landscape design/build.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
